The prices as shown in the agenda are the prices for a 12 sleeps villa. When you book the villa for more than 12 persons (with a maximum of 16 persons, children incluided) the extra charge is 100 Euro per extra person per week.

Die Villa liegt auf einem großen Grundstück. Ihre Privatsphäre ist somit gesichert. Schon von der Straße aus sieht man den schönen privaten Pool (ungefähr 40 m2) mit einem großen BBQ Bereich. Im ersten Stock finden Sie die 6 bezaubernden Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich ein schöner Kamin für gemütliche Abende. Die Küche hat einen angrenzenden Essbereich vom dem Sie zur Terrasse gelangen, die um die Rückseite des Landhauses führt.

Can Pujolet is situated just outside the Catalan village of Maçanet de la Selva, which is approximately 15 minutes from the resort of Lloret de Mar with all its attractions including waterparks, beaches, flamenco shows, a casino and much more. The village has all amenities such as banks, supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy etc.

The views from the villa are stunning overlooking the village of Maçanet only 2km away and far reaching views of the Pyrenees.

Nearby are the resorts of Tossa de Mar, Malgrat de Mar and Blanes all along the beautiful and scenic Costa Brava coastline which has been named by the World Health Organisation as being one of the healthiest places to live in the world with its fresh Mediterranean diet and relaxed pace of life.
Also a short drive or train ride away are the cities of Girona (15 min.) and Barcelona (50 min.) and even a trip to France is less than one hours drive away.

The villa is set in its own grounds (approximately 20 acres) and offers the utmost in privacy and serenity. As you come up the driveway the first thing you will notice is the beautiful, large (approximately 40 m2) private swimming pool with a large BBQ area, sun bathing area, sunloungers and patio furniture for perfect al fresco dining.
You enter the villa in the main hallway which has a grand staircase leading upto the 7 charming bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all amenities boh including a bath as well as a shower. To the left you will find the cozy living area with satelite television, DVD-player and hi-fi as well as the beautiful fire place. To the right is another bathroom as well as the utility room with washing machine. Straight ahead is the fully equipped kitchen with 4 gas hobs and 2 electric hobs, a dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. The kitchen has an adjoining dining area which also leads to another lovely terrace around the rear of the villa.
Outside the villa you will find a tabletennis, a basketbalring, darts and badminton.
Can Pujolet is the ideal place for those of you looking for that tranquil hideaway with lots of space and privacy!

For those of you that enjoy a winter holiday, Can Pujolet can offer those evenings by the log fire and a short drive to the French Pyrenees and the country of Andorra for skiing holidays.

Groups of young people are allowed in this villa.
